Disabling a brand hides it from new GMV capture. Its history stays in Review, and you can re-enable it anytime. This ticks the Disabled column in SFDC ID Map.
A licensee sent a new photo for a day you already recorded. Open one to see the photo and the AI reading, correct it if needed, then approve or reject.
Catering is often recorded days later — pick the date the sale happened. For our own kitchens this fills the Catering column of that day's row and leaves every other channel untouched.
This list comes from Salesforce. If a company name or kitchen number is wrong, correct the customer record in Salesforce.
Brand name can differ from the company's registered name — type it exactly as it appears on Grab / foodpanda.
